How long does an executive search take?

Our median time-to-offer is 62 days from kickoff. For VP-level searches we often move faster. CEO and board-level searches typically run 75–90 days depending on market conditions.

Do you work on contingency or retained?

Retained only. We take on a limited number of searches at a time and run each one with full partner attention. Contingency search creates misaligned incentives — we avoid it.
